We help you determine the optimum structure based on your strategy and goals. We also assist with your new organizational design and develop competencies for all new positions.
STEP 3: HR CONSULTING
We align and manage the right level of interim HR expertise to put necessary processes and procedures in place (i.e., job descriptions, internal recruitment systems, immigration policy, H1-B visa application process, etc.).
STEP 4: TALENT ACQUISITION
Parallel to the aforementioned efforts, we help you acquire the talent you need to move forward, whether those positions are functional leaders, key individual contributors or administrative support roles.
