OUR THOROUGH PROCESS

STEP 1

After determining your immediate and long-term goals, we talk to key stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of your organization and the unique challenges that will face your new leader. STEP 2

We begin an exhaustive, proactive candidate recruiting process that:

  • Makes effective use of our network contacts
  • Employs our extensive research capabilities
  • Connects directly with recruited prospects to garner their interest.

STEP 3

Following extensive recruitment, refinement and candidate screening, and using the information from our interviews and background research, we partner with you in a work session to identify a short list of semi-finalist candidates. Once we have conducted thorough background checking, we recommend finalists to be interviewed.

STEP 4

We facilitate the selection and interview process in a manner appropriate to your culture. We believe the artful management of stakeholder input at this stage can build support for your new leader’s success internally. After the selection has been made, we consult closely with you on offer strategy to effectively close the process.
