Our customized team approach helps senior managers and high level professionals successfully transition into new positions. We’ll help them assess their strengths, position themselves in the marketplace—even provide Class A office space to work from.

C-Level Executive Career Transition & Outplacement
CEO's, CFO's and other senior level executives are offered a full complement of services to help make work/life transitions gracefully and effectively. One of our vice presidents or principals and an associate will work personally with them to provide strategic, hands-on coaching and administrative support, including help with launching a private business, providing entrepreneurial advice, planning for retirement and more. We also provide computers, and—for those who need it—PC training or help setting up a home office.

Group Career Transition & Outplacement
Our one or two-day group workshops offer the basic tools needed to conduct a proactive, successful job search. Limited to no more than eight individuals, they also include one-on-one follow-up sessions.

Entrepreneurial Program
For individuals starting their own companies or buying existing ones this program offers all they need to achieve success. We'll help them create business and marketing plans. Provide legal, financial and technology expertise. Offer incubation space—even introductions to potential funding sources.
